Lazer TAG

Uncle Crieghton, Aunt Britany, and the Bastianclan waiting for our turn at Lazer Tag
Aweee so cute ready to kick each other's bums.

Watch out Kayden Chandler and Brooklyn are going to get you!

Chandler is so cute with his big gun he was so excited he got to play. In Augusta he has to be 5. Not here at Boondocks he was able to play. It was fun having the whole family play.

Brooklyn does't really like lazer tag, We have taken her before and she gets really scared. I'm not sure why but she doesn't like it. She was a trooper and came and played the guy who ran the lazer tag even turned the lights on just for her. It was so nice. The game wasn't the same in the light. Good think it was just our little group.

Kayden is a pro look at him hold the gun and his serious face. LOL He cracks me up. I think it was a toss up between Uncle Creighton and Kayden. I think Daddy was up there too! I'm not sure because we really didn't keep score.

Miniature Golfing

Here we are with Aunt Britany at the 9th hole you had to golf in a cave. it was a perfect picture opportunity.
Here we are getting ready to start our 18 holes. Chandler would you please look at the camera?
Princess Brooklyn posing for her cute picture. She is such a ham I love it. Okay Okay I know I created it. Me and all my pictures.

Is Chandler Golfing or playing Soft ball? He was so funny. He would hit everything but the ball. It was so funny!

Kayden was awesome. He loves Miniature golfing.

Here are my cute boys waiting for their turn.

Here are the kids watching Kayden hit his ball in the ball return. Kayden even made the dragon spit fire. it's really cool.

Bumper Boats

Look how dry Uncle Crieghton is he didn't play on the bumper boats. Look how wet the rest of us are. Oh boy we love the bumper boats. We thought we would be smart and get on the Go Karts to get dry.
Here is Daddy and Chandler. Look at them get me wet. Chandler is the squirter and Daddy the driver boy they make a good team.

Aunt Britany is having so much fun soaking wet. I think the Bastianclan ganged up on her. Click on the picture and see her super cute face. Oh it's funny!!! Brit you will love this!

Okay I had a broken boat. My squirter wouldn't work. I had to take it back and get a new one. Everyone took advantage of mom not being able to defend herself.

Kayden was a pro he knew how to work the boat and the squirter. He had no problem getting everyone wet.

Brooklyn was so excited she was able to ride the bumper boats all by herself. Can you see her? She definitely held her own. She was so brave she even started a water fight with a different group. We left the Go Karts to ride bumper boats and the attendant let her on and she just went to town with a different group of people. She got an extra long turn because then it was our turn. By the time it was over she was crying she was so wet and cold. Aweee poor Brooklyn.

Here is Jeremy riding solo. It stinks to be Dad when Aunt Britany and Uncle Creighton are around. However look at that smile. Dad is ready to win the race.
Kayden and Uncle Creighton are going to tear up the road. WATCH OUT!
Aweee the cutest girls on the block. We are going to win the race for sure.Posted by Picasa

Mistletoe State Park

WE just got home for our ward camp out. We had a wonderful time with all our friends from the Grovetown ward. The camp out was only for one evening so Jeremy and I decided we were going to down size for this over night trip. We were very careful as to what we took. I even made homemade pizza that we ate on the hour drive to Mistletoe. We were so smart and the night went so well. but of course with all our other camping trips it rained. It doesn't seem like camping unless it rains. All but one of our camping trips it's rained. I guess that is part of the fun right? Our kids love to camp. I think they would camp every weekend. Kayden really enjoyed playing with all his friends. He found a Toad surprise surprise. He was also dared to eat a cricket. He not only ate one but three. He also has advice to anyone who may eat a cricket. (it tastes better if you don't chew it) I laughed so hard when he told me that. His friends thought he was sooo cool. WE think so too!!! Kayden is so cool! Miss Brooklyn has always wanted a horse well this weekend she got her wish there was a branch right out our tent that she bent down far enough to get on and she rode the branch just like a horse. She even bucked a couple people off. She must have played on that branch for hours on Friday and then most of Sat. Super cute!!! Chandler loved playing in the rain. Oh my he is so cute. He was sooo dirty from head to toe. He enjoyed running around and having lots of new things to explore and boy did he explore. Jeremy and I had such a nice relaxing wonderful wet evening. Did I mention it rained again? It rained from about 7pm-10pm. The only thing Jeremy and I had to worry about were roasting marshmallows for our kids smores. Here is a picture of us soaking wet but man we were making smores for anyone that wanted them. We put our kids to bed around 9pm and the adults got together had some hot chocolate and visited. When the rain stopped we surrounded the campfire and played Scruples. Oh my gosh we laughed for about two hours. We all had so much fun. We finally called it a night at 1am. The kids slept until 7am. We all slept so well, even though our tent was a little wet. Because of course it rained. Giggles. Sat morning Jer got up and helped cook breakfast. I took some super cute pics of the kids and their adventures. We hope you enjoy the pictures. I know you have been wanting some pics so here you go. We will see our Utah friends & Family in just 3 days. yeah hooo we are so excited and ready to come home. We love and miss you all

Going Home

I am so excited I wish I knew how to put a countdown on my blog. We are going home for 8 wonderful days. Jeremy's sister Shana is getting married October 3rd. WE are so excited for her and her soon to be husband James.
We have so much planned we can't wait. We have lots of old friends to hang out with, some we haven't seen for 2-3 years.
We are going to have a double birthday party for Brooklyn & Kayden at the indoor water slide and pool, we are going to go rock climbing and enjoy some cake and ice cream.
Jeremy is also so excited because he is going Elk hunting. Yep he is taking a real vacation. I forgot how much my husband loves to get up super early in the morning and hang out with his father and his brother. I just hope we can ship all the meat home if he gets an Elk. Oh boy wish us luck. That we get and Elk and that we can get all the meat home.
Stephanie called me and asked if I had checked her blog, I said nope I've been scrapbooking all day. I got 5 layouts finished. yeah for me. I just would like to know if anyone (Lucy, TinTin) how do you scan a 12x12 page? Help!!! Do you scan two different sides then put them together somehow? I'm not sure but I would like to share some of my layouts...
Anyways I check out Stephanie's blog and I have to agree with her I love FALL! The weather has been so nice. I have been able to walk at night and it's cool. I have also walked the kids to school twice this week. yeah for me. It's so nice I love it.
I need to get some new pics up. I know these posts are not as fun with out pictures. Sorry!! I will work harder on that. Have a wonderful fall day

The Best Bumper sticker!!!

Okay we were driving home from Stake Conference today. Which by the way was wonderful.
My kids did very well and sat though most of it. We only had one fight!! yeah for us. On the way home we were stuck in this huge line and the car in front of us had the best bumper sticker ever. It said

"You haven't worked full time until you have been a MOTHER!"

I really liked. Lets face it what other jobs are 24/7?

What's in a name?????

What Tina Means
You are a seeker. You often find yourself restless - and you have a lot of questions about life.
You tend to travel often, to fairly random locations. You're most comfortable when you're far away from home.
You are quite passionate and easily tempted. Your impulses sometimes get you into trouble.

You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing.
You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long.
You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start.

You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people.
You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts.
You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals.

You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection.
You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive.
You have the classic "Type A" personality.
My friend Lucy had this on her blog, and it looked fun
what do you guys think? How accurate is this name definition?

Labor Day Camping

We went camping with our wonderful friends The Pynes. Erik,Stephanie,Elizabeth, Karlee and Jordan. We love the Pyne's. Erik suggested we all go camping this weekend. Stephanie and I researched where we wanted to camp. Well we didn't plan very well, the first place I called was completely booked. The next place I called you needed to stay for three nights. Jeremy couldn't go far because he didn't have a millage pass. Jeremy suggested we try Points west it's a military camping area 30 minutes from home. Stephanie and I got are kids off to school and went to points west. The camp ground is first come first serve. They opened at 10am so we wanted to make sure we were there to get a spot. Yeah no problem there was only one other family camping in area 7. Stephanie and I were so excited. We went and paid our $5.00 yep folks that all we had to pay for our beautiful campsite. Stephanie and I went to Wal-mart to pick up a few things for dinner and breakfast. I also wanted a camp table and screen for our canopy So Jeremy went to the Dicks sporting store to pick up the screen for our canopy. We shopped all morning packed all day and finally made it up to our camping spot around 5:30pm. It took a while to set up camp. We had two tents and the canopy. Stephanie worked on the fire for our dinner. Jeremy and Erik set up tents, (Erik also filled all the air mattresses.) I was doing prep for our dinner. Trying to get everything ready. The kids were in Heaven playing in the dirt and collecting shells. Of course if we were not so busy I could have taken pictures. Camping for one night is a lot of work... We finally got dinner cooked and sat down to eat at 8:15pm. LOL I know our poor kids. they are all use to eating at 5:30pm Yeah that so didn't happen. Well we got done eating and cleaning up we all gathered by the fire for some songs and smores. We had traditional smores, and smores with fudge shop cookies. YUMMY!!!! They are my favorite. Jeremy made raspberry peach cobbler. It didn't turn out as well as his others. We put the kids to bed at 11:30pm. I know crazy hu?? My two kiddos went right to sleep. Kayden had a hard time falling asleep. The adults went out to play games but we had to have all the lights out so the kids would go to sleep. We sat by the fire talking and enjoying the beauty that surrounded us. It was awesome to see the stars through the trees. Heavenly Father truly painted our evening with "Love"
Nobody slept very well. Stephanie could give you a play by play of what happened all night long she didn't sleep at all. That is what she gets for having her big huge comfy bed. We were all attacked by ants lots and lots of ants. I left the smores stuff out all the other food was put away well a skunk came and ate our smores left overs. WE have a picture of the after math. WE had a yummy breakfast pancakes, bacon, sausage, cheesy eggs and OJ it was so good. When we got finished the Pynes took camp down in like three minutes. It took us like all day. We all went swimming in the lake. Then went back to our camp and enjoyed lunch. The Pynes took our kids for a walk so Jeremy and I could take down our site. We made it home at 5pm. We were all so tired and really enjoyed just hanging out and watching a movie with the family. Needless to say everyone went to bed early. but we had a wonderful time camping. Thanks Pynes for inviting us.

Midnight Sun

Okay Twilight fans. I really need to know what everyone feels about Stephanie Myers decision on holding off the publication of Midnight Sun indefinitely? I understand the 12 chapters were taken and distributed on the Internet illegally. They were not finished and were only a draft. I understand that as a writer you have the right to say when the public can view/read the material. I understand where she is coming from, and I understand that she has been hurt and is having a hard time trusting. But I find it hard to believe that an author would just stop writing because she was upset and offend. Stephanie's first books sold more than 5 Million copies in America and spent a total of 143 weeks on the new york times best seller list. But She is teaching us all a lesson on Copyright. In my opinion she is just loosing fans. Why punish her fans? She needs to be going after the person who put the 12 chapter on the Internet illegally. She is not the first author that has had material posted illegally or early. Who is going to run out and buy her next book? or will she ever write again?

For the story if you have not read it got to Stephanie Myers website
http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/midnightsun.html

Here is the top story if you would like more info
http://www.topnews.in/usa/stephenie-meyer-postpones-release-her-novel-midnight-sun-indefinitely-21174

I can't wait to hear everyone opinion.

Wolf

Here is Kayden giving the Cub Scout promise.
He is so cute in his little Cub Scout outfit. Check out what a handsome boy he is.
Kayden has worked so hard and has received his Wolf. Kayden also received one gold arrow and three silver arrows, he did 40 extra acitvities. It's really fun that I am able to be his Den Leader. I am sad that he will be leaving in two months. I have enjoying all my special time with him. Kayden loves scouts so much. Go Kayden Go
