So Magical

We visited a little German Town about 20 miles from Wenatchee called Leavenworth. This little town has so much character. It's so beautiful and has a bunch of little stores. The kids got pictures with all the Christmas Characters. We did a little last minute shopping. Ate some super yummy salt water taffy tried some Roasted Chestnuts. Ya, not so yummy! The kids were able to slide down the many hills in Leavenworth. They are loving the snow. Me not so much!! It is beautiful though. We bought the kids each a lantern to be in the "Light Parade". The town gathered together and sang some carols. So cool. We all sang Silent Night as two stars met and came to the center of town. We then had some awesome horns play and some guns fired. WE all counted to three and all the lights turned on. Oh it was so magical and the Spirit of Christmas truly was in the air. The Light Parade started when the Three Wise Men came. We all followed the star and the Wise men to the Live Nativity. Brooklyn loved all the animals. It was fun to play and pet the animals when it was all over. We loved our day at Leavenworth. As we walked into downtown Leavenworth.
Some of the people. Yeah Crazy!!
Look at the cool shops.

Some awesome instruments playing Christmas music
