Unaccompanied = 1st Shipment to Korea

 We put everything to start our house (In Korea) in the living room. Here is a list of things we are taking , Pots, pans, cutting board, knives, measuring spoons, Measuring cups, plates, cups, kitchen towel, broom picker upper, garbage can, can opener, hot pads, spoon, storage containers, ziplocks, spices, flour, sugar, crockpot, rice cooker,popcorn maker,Lamps, meds, laundry baskets, I sent a couple Camping lanterns in case the electricity goes out.
Sheets and pillows for everyone, bath towels, extra clothes, shoes, tooth paste, extra bathroom stuff. Extra clothes. Lots of snow stuff, since we are moving to snow. Ugghh.
Some of the kids favorite Toys, we also sent some  DVD’s and a TV.
I also sent some pictures, and fru fru.It just don't feel like home without some of our pictures and fru fru.

 It's hard going through your whole house and putting Everything into one of the four piles.  1st pile Unaccompanied (going to Korea by airplane should take about a month.), 2nd pile, House Hold Goods aka furniture (this shipment is going over by ship and will take a couple months), 3rd pile Storage the Army will store this while we are in Korea, and 4th pile, what we will take in our suitcases. Bekins Northwest is the moving company for our Unaccompanied.

You need lots and lots of boxes and paper.

We had two movers.  The guy in the light blue is Dan, he is the boss,  The guy in Green is his helper.  His name is Cameron.

The guys didn't really like each other.  It was kind of funny. Dan has been moving for 26 years, However, it was Cameron's first day.  So it was kind of awkward.  Dan kept telling Cameron, "Your Killing me kid" and Cameron kept saying," Ok, pops" They had a couple talks and it was really quiet entertaining.

Four hours later we are all packed up and ready to go.  This Shipment should beat us to Korea.  Keeping our fingers crossed.  We are so excited to Officially start our trip to KOREA!!!

We officialy have a teenager

Kayden's Birthday Table.  It was interesting decorating this little table.  But we made it work.  Lots of cutting and folding.

Kayden breaking free.  He wanted me to put it up again so he could run through it again.  Umm yeah that was not going to happen.  But I'm glad he loved his door.   

He does look big.  Wow!  13 I can't believe it.  I have a teenager.  CRAZY!!

Kayden, may be an official teenager but he still loves all the birthday stuff.  He wore his hat all morning and evening.  (He did take it off for school.) Here Kayden is with his Breakfast.  He wanted Buttermilk Pancakes and Linguica. YUMMY!

For dinner he wanted mini meatloaf, mash potato, and corn.  Yes, Grandma Bastian that is Ketchup!

Kayden, does not like cake.  He wanted a pumpkin pie.  I was like okay, I can make you a pie.  He said No, Mom.  I want a Costco pumpkin pie.  So here you go Kayden a Costco pumpkin pie.  He also requested the trick candles. (a couple weeks ago he put said candles in the cart.)  LOL I love my Boy!

Kayden,so excited he is face timing with his Dad! I love technology.  Jeremy was able to enjoy all the celebration via phone.  Love it!

Kayden, has been asking for a Kadama for a while.  His wish came true.  Brooklyn, got him one for his Birthday.  SWEET!!!

Kayden, was so funny he was trying to figure out what this present was.  I forget what he thought it was.  But it was not what he thought.  It's Gum!!!  LOL we have to be tricky...

Fall= leaves and some fun times!!!

The kids were off school this last week.  We had Parent teacher conferences October 31st.  All the kids are doing exceptionally well. My kids are so awesome.  I love it when my kids are out of school, it's fun to stay up late and sleep in.  Even if we are all up by 8:00am  It's not 6:00am.  I do wish my kids would catch the "Sleep in Bug" but alas we will have to stick with 7:30-8:00am. Today I thought it would be fun to go to Smallwoods.  We love this little farm.  The trees were so beautiful.  Fall really is one of my favorite times of year.

Kayden, is another one of my hero's.  He really is one awesome young man.  He has been such a big help with this move.  He has helped me non stop and hasn't complained at all.  It's really been a huge help. He says his arms hurt from all the lifting.  and his poor fingers.  But I couldn't have moved half the stuff I did without his help.  Thanks Kayden!

We love playing in the leaves!!!

What started as and "Innocent" Throw the leaves up into the air to get a cute picture... Turned into a huge leave throwing party.

These leaves were wet, Very wet.  Kayden grabbed a handful of Leaves and threw them at me. It just so happend it was Leaves and MUD.  I was covered in MUD!!!  It was so funny!!!  The nice lady taking our picture captured some cute pictures.  All of these were taken on my iphone.  I didn't have my real camera.  Bummer!!!!

After the whole leaf fight we headed to enjoy the rest of the Farm.  Here are my cute, adorable, innocent, children.

We got to feed the Animals. Chandler was a little nervous.  He said, "Mom, they are going to eat my fingers." Ha Ha Ha. However,after a couple handful of feed, Chandler really got into feeding them and fed them two bags. Sweet!

Brooklyn, loves loves animals.  She was in heaven.  She went through 2 bags of feed. 

Brooklyn, not only fed the animals but she had to pet and talk to each one.

Cute little peanut!!  I could just eat him up.

Kayden enjoyed feeding the animals.  But he couldn't wait to go back to the maze.  That's another thing that is so great about Smallwoods.  They have something for everyone.  Even a store for ME.  Yeah!

I'm sad I missed this action.  One of the Animals were so excited they took a bite out of the bag.  How funny!!! Fun Times and great memories. 

Trunk-Or-Treat

Brooklyn, is a "Pearl Dragon", Kayden is a "Woopie Cushion, and Chandler is"BatMan"

 Kayden told Chandler to sit on him.  Look the Woopie Cushion is getting squished. And Brooklyn is about to attack them both.  Lots of funny noises tonight. I heart my kids.

We are ready to go to the Trunk-Or-Treating.

  I found this costume earlier in the year at Good Will.  I paid $3.00 for it.  I was so excited to come home and show Kayden.  He loved it, I loved it.  And best of all it totally says KAYDEN!

Our beautiful "Pearl Dragon".  Does this costume look familiar?  This was the costume Brooklyn wore for her School Music program.  She loved it so much she asked Mrs. Haven is she could wear it for Halloween.  Sweet this costume was FREE!!!!

This picture cracks me up.  Chandler was trying to be just like "BatMan" apparently BatMan does NOT smile.  (I didn't know that.) This costume was full price Boo.  But Chandler loves it sooo much. Not that you can tell in his pictures. He looks MAD to me.  But he is Super Cute.

Again, no smile.  Chandler was showing off his ABS.  He loves the muscles. He wanted to sleep with it and never take it off.  UMMM yeah that is not going to work.  Especially if you can never smile wearing it. LOL

Finally I got a smile... Alas it has candy in it.  Oh well.  My cute Chandler and his Loot.

Carving pumpkins with Dad

This was the night before Jeremy left for SLC. He has to go back to Georgia for a 6 week course because he is now an E-7 aka Sargent first class. We thought it would be fun to carve pumpkins before he left.

I'm so glad Jer was here for this.  I'm not sure I could have cut the tops off of these pumpkins.

Here is Kayden's picture with the seeds.  It's funny how he is the only one that did not use his hands.  Smart? umm I'm not so sure.  His pumpkin didn't get as clean as the others.  There is just something about cleaning your pumpkin with your HANDS.  It may be gross but it works...
