Oh the Joys of Family Pictures

Cali Jenae Photography took our family pictures for the second time. We love having our pictures taken with Cali she is so personable and does an amazing job.  I especially love having our pictures taken in the Apple Orchard. We missed the Apple blossoms this year but I love the green Orchard, we do live  in the Apple Capitol of the World. So having our pictures taken in the Orchard is fun. I have to say Brooklyn and I have the cutest hair because of Rachel Merrill she took time out of  her Sat evening on her Birthday to curl our hair.  Didn't she do a wonderful job?   she is only "12" and is sooo talented.  She is amazing and we looked so beautiful.  Thank you Rachel!!!
This is one of my favorite pictures.

I love these three kiddos.  I took this picture.

The kids loved to feed the horse.  He was very friendly.

Michelle took these pictures.  What a super fun family!

Goofy Bastianclan.  Does this look like my family?

Oh wait! this look more like us.

Chandler was so cute.  He wanted to show everyone his big muscles.

This is my Favorite.  Thank you Cali!

It's hard to believe Chandler is "7"

Chandler still loves anything to do with an engine and/or wheels.
Chandler is getting into sports.  He loves playing T-Ball with all his friends. Chandler really enjoys going for bike rides (again with the wheels).  He enjoys reading and being read to. His favorite color is Green. His favorite food is Cheeseburgers.  He loves to play Wii his favorite games are Ben 10 Alien force and Sonic colors. He wants to be a police man when he grows up.
Chan man is the big "7"

One of my favorite traditions is decorating the house the night before their birthday.
It's so fun to watch the kids wake up on their birthday to a house that is decorated just for them. It's always a surprise. They never know the theme or colors just that it will be awesome.
Here is Chandler's Door full of monkeys bananas and crepe paper.

More decorations. Happy Birthday Chan man.

How fun to wake up to this.
Chandler couldn't wait to come to the table.  You see this is where his presents are. But you can only look
We do not open presents until after dinner.  Chandler had to wait a whole day.  His Birthday was on the Father and Sons campout.  WE asked Chandler if he wanted to go camping and wait to open presents Sat night, or not go on the Father and Sons campout and celebrate his birthday.  He of course chose the Father and Son Campout.  The boys had a lot of fun.  Jer didn't get any pictures but the boys set up the tent played all night.  Chandler called me at 11pm still going strong.  They went fishing the next day.  Got home around 4pm.  What a super fun Birthday weekend.

This year Chandler requested cake balls to take to school.  This was an excellent idea.  Chandler chose Chocolate truffles.
Chocolate cake with chocolate gnoche dipped in chocolate. Ummm yes they were super yummy.  We made the cake pops then individually wrapped them so it was easier for Chandler to hand them out and no juggling 24+ cupcakes.

Happy Boy! Chandler loved his Cake pops.  He rated them a 10/10 right on Mom.

handing out his cake pops.  See wasn't that easy?  AWESOME!

I had lunch with Chandler on his birthday.  Fun

Chandler was super easy to shop for this year.  He got what every little boy wanted
Gum.  Chandler Love loves gum.  Sweet!

Chandler is so animated.  He cracks me up.

We spent the next couple hours playing Beyblades.

Chandler really was excited for his cake.
Although this picture doesn't show it. He really is not crying. :-)

What's a party without cute Monkey hats?  I love these three.

One is not enough, however, three is perfect.

Chan's program

Chandler, has the best 1st grade teacher. Mrs. Spry is
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.  She has been such a wonderful teacher. She is so attentive to the needs of Chandler.  She is so willing to go above and beyond for any and all her students.  Mrs Spry and her co teacher Mrs Thompson put on a Patriotic Program with their kids.  They did a great job.  The kids sang 5 different songs one of my favorites was all about the eagle.  Chandler's favorite song was when they turned the lights out and they sang This little light of mine with their individual flashlights.  Lots of fun!
Our cute Chan-Man ready for his program.

We are all here to support Chandler.

Knott's Berry Farm

Grandma & Grandpa wanted to take us all to Knott's Berry Farm.
While I was doing some research I found out that Knott's Berry Farm is primarily coasters, and you have to be at least 48" to ride 3/4 of the rides.  I was a little worried because after we measured Chandler he was only at 47".  NOT GOOD.  So we went shoe shopping.  We measured each shoe to see if we could get one more inch.  Sure enough we found a  pair of shoes. We measured Chandler right there at the store to make sure he was 48' indeed he was.  Chandler got a new pair of shoes. Now everyone can go and ride the coaster.  Yeah!!!!

Getting all lathered up in sun screen for our fun day in the Sun.

Thanks Grandma & Grandpa!!!  We love you.

Most of our group. (Missing Joy & Tina)

The kids were a mile in front of the adults.  They are very excited!!!

Way to go Jason!!!!

Riddick was finished with Pictures...

The best part of going to an amusement park with your cousins is
being able to play games while you wait in line.

So much fun.

Here are the boys playing the slapping game.  Ummm not so sure I liked this game
but look at all those smiles.  Yes there were some red hands by the end of the day.

Here we are ready to ride the Ghost Train.  The boys are so excited.

This is Chandler's very first BIG WOODEN ROLLER COASTER!!!!
He is ready hands up and all.

Good looking group of people. (Still missing Joy & Tina) LOL
Bumper cars!!!!

Chandler loved being able to driver Grandma around.

Grandma is not so sure of his driving abilities.

The big CRASH!

We split up in the end.  Some of the family were ready to go.  Not my kids.  Chandler just had to ride a couple more coasters. So off we go to ride another coaster.
Me and my kids.
