We had a wonderful Christmas.  We are so very blessed.  We love celebrating
the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ.  We hope all is well with your family we love
you all.  Merry Christmas.

Disabled Orphanage Christmas

The Camp Humphry Youth got to make and stuff over 100 stockings to give to the Disable Orphanage in Korea.  They stuffed the stockings with toothpaste, combs, candy, some fruit snack, and some toys.  We got to take them to the home and present them to the kids.  Oh my goodness what an amazing experience.  We kind of prepared the kids that not only do we not speak Korean these kids all have disabilities and it might be hard to communicate with them.  Their smiles said it all.
We did two different groups.  The first group was just the girls.  We gave them each their very own stocking and we did a little program for them.  We sang Silent night in Korean.  How very special.  I had tears in my eyes as some to the kids joined in.  It was one time that our language barrier didn't matter.  What a special moment... The next group were the boys.  Oh they were fun.  Full of life.  Poor Sam who was the Santa really got malled and the boys were trying to undress him.  They settled down and enjoyed their stockings as well.  We sang to them as well. We got to play with them and do a little face painting.   Oh what a wonderful fun amazing day!!!!!
